Reiki “life force energy” is a form of complementary medicine that assists in reconnecting and balancing the body and mind. Physical and emotional stress creates blockages in our energetic body, restricting the natural flow of our life force energy. Receiving Reiki balances and restores this energy and unblocks stagnated energy, helping you toward reaching a state of wellbeing and accelerating the body’s natural ability to heal itself. When our life force energy is balanced we feel grounded and in harmony.
What to expect:
During a session the person lies down fully clothed as the practitioner channels Reiki above or on the body. The channeling of Reiki might be experienced in different ways; each of us is at a different phase in our life journey and Reiki gives us what we “need at the moment” – let’s just be open to it.
After the session, give yourself around 15 minutes to rest before you leave; this rest time will be a transition into your next activity. Just make sure that you get a good night of sleep and drink enough water.
Location & Sliding Scale:
I am offering Reiki sessions on a sliding-scale basis ($35-$65) for a 45 to 60 minutes session. Please contact me at forreevolution@gmail.com to coordinate an appointment. We will find a time and a location that works best.
My ultimate goal is to make Reiki accessible to as many people as possible. If money is a barrier, we can find another way to make it work.
